Hey there! You are about to subscribe to become one of our incredible Small Group Training members. We bill in 4 week block which will give you a total of 8 small group training sessions (either our Strength sessions or our HIIT sessions). All of your sessions will be with a maximum of 3 other members so training can be adjusted specifically to you and our instructor can give you the attention to ensure you maximize your time
